1. Digital delivery only
All products and services offered through PIK Connect are digital. There is no physical shipment, courier or delivery of goods, and therefore no shipping charges apply.
2. How and when you receive access
Studio subscriptions are activated immediately (typically within a few minutes) after your payment is successfully confirmed by our payment gateway, Razorpay.
Access is delivered electronically through your PIK Connect account at https://pikconnect.com.
Photo galleries are delivered digitally to guests via a private gallery link or QR code shared by the photographer; guests access them instantly online, with no app download required.
3. Delivery confirmation
On successful payment, you receive an on-screen confirmation and, where applicable, an email receipt. If your plan is not activated within a reasonable time after a successful payment, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
