1. About the service
PIK Connect is a cloud-based platform that helps photographers and studios deliver event photos through private galleries, AI face search and digital albums, and helps guests find and download their own photos. The service is provided on a subscription basis to studios, and free of charge to guests who receive a gallery link.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to create a studio account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Subscription plans, billing & taxes
Studio plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). Current plans are Standard at ₹499/month and Pro at ₹999/month, as described on our Pricing page.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment partner to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method on each renewal date.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST) unless stated otherwise; taxes are added where required by law.
We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable prior notice. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
4. Payments
Online payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers. Your use of the payment gateway is also subject to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
upload or share unlawful, infringing, obscene or harmful content;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts or galleries;
reverse engineer, resell or misuse the service or interfere with its operation;
use the AI face-search feature on individuals without a lawful basis or necessary consent.
6. Your content & photographs
Photographers and studios retain ownership of the photographs and materials they upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, index (including face matching) and deliver that content solely to operate the service for you.
You represent that you have the rights and any necessary consents to upload photographs and to enable face-search on them.
7. Intellectual property
The PIK Connect platform, including its software, design, trademarks and content (excluding user-uploaded photos), is owned by PK Photography and protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these terms.
8. Third-party services
The service integrates with third-party providers such as Razorpay (payments), Google (sign-in and Google Drive galleries) and our cloud hosting and communication partners. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective providers' terms.
9. Service availability & disclaimer
We work hard to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI face matching is probabilistic and may not surface every photo. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Suspension & termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service unlawfully.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
